    11.3.  2021 In the new issue of construction magazine KONSTRUKCE, you can read, among other things, an article detailing the construction of the Church of Christ the Savior in Prague in Barrandov. EDIFICE participated in this unique project with the role of price management and quality control of the building.

  • Houses from Nová Chýně project were handed over

    12.1.2021  The Nová Chýně project is already coming to life. During December, the first 9 out of 33 buildings/family houses were handed over. The certificate of occupancy and handover of other houses will take place in January of the new year. EDIFICE manages the whole project from the position of building manager.

Complete Project Management services are determined to investors, developers and tenants, covering all phases of a project, from inception and briefing, through design, permitting and construction, based on clearly defined goals and objectives as the project proceeds through each phase. Quantity Surveying Services

We also offer a package of quantity surveying management services from the initial investment project phase, to the implemented work accounts processing, including supply system advisory services, contractual co-ordination and price negotiations. Our goal is to implement our expertise in financial and price management into the management process to achieve optimum quality within the determined time and financial limits. Our price management technique is specifically focused on effective price planning, control, monitoring and reporting on the basis of the determined priorities.

Our quality supervision team monitors both the quality and quantity of completed work during construction. We also offer the independent checking of design documentation and value engineering services during the design process.
We offer construction management services on projects that require a high level of flexibility with regard to achieving cost and time parameters, with particular focus on either one or the other. We also offer quality supervision during construction and our quality engineers maintain total independence from the contractor whilst being responsible for all aspects of quality management.

We provide comprehensive developer investment management services for real estate projects from A to Z for the investor from the perspective of the investor as developer. We’re ready to manage the whole process of capital construction, completely and independently on the basis of the required yield parameters, from management of the whole project team, architects, real estate agents, project and cost management, banking supervision, banking consultants, lawyers and other team members.
